Here at Precious Makes we strive to provide our customers with quality handmade items and obtain complete customer satisfaction. Please do carefully read through our terms and conditions and take them into consideration when making an order. When purchasing from us you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Purchasing
When you place an order with Precious Makes, they are to be paid in full at checkout. Payment can be paid securely through our website or PayPal. By placing an order you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions on this page.
Turn Around
From placing your order, we have a turn around time which will be stated at the top of the website header. As we hand make items to order, this allows for creation and personalisation time. This time frame excludes shipping time so please allow extra for this before ordering. If you require your order before a certain date, please contact us here, before purchasing to see if we can accommodate your request, although we don't guarantee this.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to our items being personalised, we unfortunately are unable to offer refunds or exchanges of any items. If your item arrives damaged then please get in contact with us immediately for us to resolve. We strive to achieve customer satisfaction and if you're unhappy with your order, please contact us here.
Custom Orders
We welcome requests of custom orders, contact us here to discuss further and a quotation will be sent. We are also open for discussion of alternative colours if you don't see what you're after from our range. We love a challenge and no request will be too big or small. Before all orders are processed we ensure we both agree on the quote price and no extra costs will be added.
Photographs
Unless otherwise stated, all photos are property of Precious Makes and they're not to be used by anyone else unless prior written agreement is made.
Pricing
All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude postage. Prices of our products are subject to change without notice. If there is an error of pricing and you have made a purchase we reserve the right to cancel the order, you will be notified at the earliest convenience and a full refund will be issued.
Delivery
Once you place an order, it will be processed within the turn around time that is stated at the top of the website banner. We will then ship by Royal Mail 2nd class signed for to ensure your precious order arrives safely.

Variations
Although we try our best to capture our products as they present, there may be slight variations such as colours that may differ from screen to product. Designs/materials are subject to availability, where requested if we do not have the exact materials to achieve the design requested, a suitable alternative will be used. We endeavour to notify our customers of these changes, but reserve the right not too. We do not offer refunds (partial or full) for this.
Safety
All of our products are NOT toys. We do not recommend giving them to children as something to play with and to keep out of their reach. Our products are for decorative purposes only. Our items often contain small parts that could be hazardous to young children and we take no liability if used for an alternative purpose than we have described. Damage may occur if used incorrectly.
